About Dr. Irfan Tarhan

Dr. Irfan Tarhan is a highly respected gynecology and obstetrics specialist with extensive experience in women’s health. He first studied at the prestigious Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1992 before later obtaining his specialization in obstetrics and gynecology at the same university; then he completed residency training at Dr. Zekai Tahir Burak Women's Health Education and Research Hospital in 1997.

Over the last 25 years, Dr. Tarhan has earned numerous additional qualifications, including certificates in Laparoscopy and Pregnancy and Gynecology Ultrasonography in 1996, and an Assisted Reproductive Treatment Methods (IVF) Certificate in 2011.

Dr. Tarhan is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Turkish and German Gynecology Obstetrics Research Foundation (TAJEV), the Turkish Gynecology Association (TJOD) and the Ankara Gynecology and Obstetrics Association. Additionally, he collaborates with the Minimally Invasive Gynecology Association (MIJID) and the Urogynecology Association, further highlighting his dedication to advancing the field of gynecology and obstetrics.
