We collect personal information from you when you use our services, such as when you make a booking or inquiry. To ensure that your appointment runs smoothly we collect: your name, mailing address, e­mail address, phone numbers and emergency contact information if needed.

Reviews

By making an appointment with Medical Departures you agree to receive an e­mail to complete a medical review upon completion of your appointment. By completing the medical review you are agreeing to allow Medical Departures to place this review on our website.

Newsletter

We do not automatically subscribe you to receive our newsletter. In order to receive Medical Departures’ e­mail newsletter you need to ‘opt in’ to receive medical provider offers. At any time, you can ‘opt out’ via the unsubscribe option contained within each e-mail newsletter.
