The procedure that I mentioned earlier is called Brazilian Butt Lift or BBL. It is a popular cosmetic surgery that can enhance the shape and size of your buttocks by using your own body fat. The procedure involves two main steps: liposuction and fat transfer.

During the liposuction step, the surgeon will remove fat from the donor site (or sites) using a cannula, which is a small, thin tube. The donor site is typically the stomach, thighs or back. The removed fat is then carefully processed and purified in order to separate the healthy fat cells from other unwanted substances such as blood and oil.

Next, the purified fat is injected into the buttocks through a series of small incisions made in strategic areas. After the procedure is complete, the incisions are closed with stitches and allowed to heal.

You should take it easy for at least six weeks, avoiding vigorous exercise, heavy lifting or anything else too demanding. It may take up to six months before you have healed completely.
