going to this hospital for years, living in bangkok for 13 years, but last month my wife gave birth of our son at BNH Hospital, was a nightmare, our son was moved to ICU just after he was born without clear explanations, they call themself international hospital but nobody speak english. the way they treat us ( as clients not as patients) was terrible, playing with the life of our new born son and we our fears to make us spend of much money as we can. we endep up spending 5 times what they told us it will cost us, ruined our family and our birth experience. when we asked to talk to the management, we faced robots not humans, we asked for help they didnt care and didnt let us take our son till we pay what they asked. those people are are thief and inhuman, even i explained them as if they help us we will stay ( all the family) regular customers to their hospital. i strongly recommend to avoid this place, there is hospital like ST louis much cheaper and the new MED park on rama 4 where you feel much more welcome. never again

My wife got food poisoning, it was a Sunday, many clinics were closed, so our last choice was hospital. It’s like 5 star hotel, staff opening car doors for you when you arrived. Place was clean and comfortable, service was quite good. We got charged 2000 baht for consultation and medicine. Doctor was very friendly and speak english very well. My wife got a lot better after taking the medicine, well enough to continue our trip the next day. I was very happy with that.
