Xtabay Medical Spa is located in Playa del Carmen and offers a range of non-surgical cosmetic treatments for the face and body.
Dermal fillers are injections that contain a gel substance that is used to fill our lines and wrinkles. They are also used to increase volume to the cheeks, add definition to the lips and as tear trough fillers to get rid of eyebags. Fillers can also be used to correct bumps in the nose, or straighten a deviated septum.
Hyaluronic acid is made in our bodies, and many temporary fillers contain this ingredient, which is biocompatible, giving results that last for around 6 months.
Microdermabrasion:
This uses fine crystals to remove dead skin cells from the face, reducing blemishes and fine lines, leaving the skin glowing and healthy-looking.
Coolsculpting®:
A fat feezing procedure that delivers controlled cooling to target the fat cells underneath the skin. The treated cells crystallize, then die and the body naturally eliminates them from the body.

I've been a few places in Playa to do botox and filler. And that was my first time at this clinic. I had the privilege to meet Dr Didier, he is a professionnal and empathic person. As a very good doctor, he knows his stuff. I just hope they like having me as a client as i like having them as a professionals cause was my firts time but surely not the last See you in next december a big THANKS to everyone and Dr Didier
